Pricing & Refunds

FirstBookit is a marketplace — every turf, court, and event is independently priced by the venue owner or organizer who lists it. Rates vary by sport, court, time slot (peak vs. off-peak), and location.

The exact price for every available slot is shown upfront on the venue listing page before you select a time, and again at checkout before you pay — you never pay more than the price shown at the time of booking.

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through our payment partner. The amount you pay is exactly the listed booking price — FirstBookit does not add a separate customer-facing convenience fee on top of the venue's listed rate.

Payments are processed securely; card and banking details are handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner and are never stored on FirstBookit's servers.

FirstBookit charges venue owners and event organizers a commission on completed bookings, deducted from the payout before funds are settled to their bank account. The applicable commission rate is disclosed in the owner/organizer dashboard and does not change what the player pays at checkout.

Cancellation windows and refund eligibility are set by each venue owner or event organizer and are shown on the booking confirmation before you complete payment. Typically, cancelling with sufficient notice before the slot/event start time is eligible for a full or partial refund; late cancellations or no-shows may not be refundable.

Where a refund is due, FirstBookit processes it back to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank/UPI provider's settlement cycle, typically 5–7 business days after approval.

If a venue owner or organizer cancels a confirmed booking, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
